Property was very noisy. I was on the 3rd floor and morning to night you could hear everything and anything the walls are paper thin. Also, house cleaning kept coming every day but they wouldn’t provide washcloths or hand towels or hostels. Every day it was one or the other missing. I would not stay here again.

The best aspect of this hotel was the location. Not really anything else though. The staff was unhelpful, I never received the "free breakfast", and the room was unclean and extremely small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for getting on the Metro at Parque which then allows you to go straight down to the older part of the city or connect through to the Airport on the red line. Better than staying in the middle of the city for quietness but still can access everything when you want.

This hotel is located next to a beautiful park on a quiet street. There are five great dining options at the bottom of the block. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown. The rooms are small, but adequate and cozy. The bathroom is super small. It is not big enough for two people and there is no power outlet in the bathroom. There is also no iron or ironing board in the room. We opted for the breakfast package which was totally worth it. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.
