Maison de Tilleul has an above-ground pool that is exclusively for your use. All accommodation is on the ground floor, 1 x hairdryer and fans in each of the 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.

Bedroom 1: Spacious, luxurious and light room with Super King-size bed (180cm x 200cm). Electric shutters to the windows. En-suite walk-in shower, wc and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (90cm x 190cm) with the possibility to add an additional single bed if required. Electric shutters to the window.
Bedroom 3: Another spacious and luxuriously presented room with a Super King-size bed (180cm x 200cm). Electric shutters to windows and door.
Shower room: Modern and well-presented shower room with corner shower, basin unit and wc, shared with bedrooms 2 and 3.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen is modern with a lovely country feel and views over the grounds. Electric oven, Gas hob, Extractor fan, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Pantry cupboard with microwave, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere, Island unit with stools, Fridge freezer.

Lounge and dining table: Beautifully presented open-plan living space with two sets of double doors opening onto the alfresco eating area and gardens. Wifi, 2 and a 3 seater sofa, armchair, the dining table seats 8. A 42-inch TV with UK English language Free-to-view channels, DVD player, iPad docking station, DVDs and Games.
Games room: Games room with table tennis and table football.

Outside Maison de Tilleul: An oak pergola frames the front of the house providing a superb shady alfresco area with table and chairs seating 10 people and a gas and charcoal BBQ, as well as a more relaxed seating area with exterior sofas and chairs. 2 acres of gardens surround the property, private off road driveway/parking.

Private *heated swimming pool: The private above-ground pool measures 3.4m x 6m and is 1.2m deep with a decked surround with loungers and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen: Luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the price.

The neighbouring property Maison du Peche will be closed during your stay allowing you to have the entire garden private just for you. You are able to rent both properties together giving you a further 2 bedrooms for an extra cost, the property is then called Trespontets.
Maison de Tilleul is set near the village of Allemans du Dropt 4.2km, by the River Dropt, with horse riding, canoeing, camping and a friendly bar and restaurant. There is a nearby 9-hole golf course within a 15-minute drive and many local walks, hikes and lakes for swimming.

Monteton (3.5km), where the views are stunning, a nice restaurant and a 12th-century church. From this viewpoint, you can see the 13 bell towers of nearby churches. There are also several places to eat in the nearby historic towns of Monsegur (15km), Duras (8km) and Marmande (21km), Bergerac is (40km) and St Emilion (50km).

Tree adventure and climbing park: Just 15km, climbing through the trees and zip wire, fun for all the family from years of age. Playground and snack bar.
Duras Castle: The famous Chateau de Duras, 8km away, is well worth a visit and see the stunning 360-degree vista.
Wildlife park, animals: Parc du Griffon, animals, play areas and snack bar. 20 minutes drive 8km away. Beach: A freshwater lake with a sandy beach at Blasimon is just 35km away and is a popular attraction to take children for a day out. The gently shelving sand provides a safe, fun environment for splashing around and cooling off in the heat of the summer sun. Aqua Park is 40km located near Bergerac. Beach, canoeing and a water park. Aqua Fun Park near Casteljaloux is 47km. Park with a huge freshwater lake, picnic benches, walks, facilities, a man-made sandy beach, water sports, kid's play area, great for adults and kids of all ages.
Chocolate: A very nice shop to visit next to their artisan factory. 2km from Duras.
Public tennis courts: Good quality courts are located in Monsegur, Duras and St Sernin de Duras, booked via the local tourist information office.
Canoe Kayak hire: Allemans-du-Dropt on the Dropt river, 4.5km. Sainte-Foy-la-Grande the Dordogne river, 30km.
Boat trips: Dordogne river boat trips are available in Bergerac.
Golf: There are many pay-and-play golf courses within the area, the best being the beautiful Chateau Des Vigiers Golf and Country Club 26km. The chateau dates back to 1597 and is set on 450 acres of stunning countryside. Facilities also include a fine restaurant and relaxing beauty spa.
Crazy Golf: Crazy golf and animals! Drinks and snacks. 13km.
Markets: Most villages and towns hold weekly markets full of fresh and interesting local produce. Both Monsegur and Duras also have night markets during the summer where you can eat and have a drink as well as browse the many stalls. No smoking inside the property. Please follow the house rules. Please leave the house in a reasonable condition as you found it and left in a reasonable condition on departure.

Included in the price: Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. A complimentary supply of bed linen and bath towels will be provided for stays of 2 weeks or more.
House heating by electric wall heaters. End of stay clean, although the house must be as you found it and left in a reasonable condition on departure.
