12/12/2024 @ 11:30 am my Yeti cooler stolen, very unprofessional staff hung up on me refused to make an incident report. Someone came in my room and got into my safe and belongings. Wynn refused to acknowledge and document event. I spoke with Zavier and Yoanna at Corporate Investigations and they are very rude and refused to make a report put me on hold and hung up on me My cooler is gone as well as six thousand in cash Bellman managers have key FAUB to hotel guests room and enter the room when you leave they know when u leave and enter ur room and go through ALL ur stuff while ur gone and you can tell someone has been in room. I had cash in safe then safe was left wide open and my cc passports and cash health and insurance cards copied and then brought back three days later I had ten thousand in my suitcases that someone replaced MY 100’s for one’s one dollar bills and fives I don’t carry five or ones I thought it was weird since I noticed while staying at the Wynn I had been at Venetian for a week no one touched my money my room but at the Wynn my petty cash replaced with one and five dollar bill. I knew then I had been robbed and someone has been in my room. My bag was taken out of unlocked suitcase and hung up with my I D These people stalked me stole from me and refused to acknowledge their behavior when clearly they stole the assents Wynn employees specifically Alonzo Zavier Yoanna accomplistsAnd Jonathon Mgr Thief JoeBellmam surfer young dude stole my cooler at arrival
