Great stay in the elevated king! Matches the pictures and comfort! Friendly staff, and clean facility. Would stay again for sure! Also the bottomless mimosas on the 108th floor is great deal on Sat,Sun.

Well it was good, just the parking? Yes i , other casinos, have to charge, but damn for even 15 minutes 21 bucks and even, for your guess to be charged? That is a let down, not to be all , high class or low, but im not coming back ,just because, of that inconvenient, but it was nice , tho

Checked in to Grand suite that was dated, returned after dinner to find the room was smelly Likely it was sprayed at check in and the spray faded after dinner. At front desk to ask for a change of room but resulted in down grade to an updated hotel room instead, less than 1/3 of the grand suite that I had booked and paid for with a waived resort fees! Hospitality, not.

The stay was nice but me and the wife got upgraded a room, pulled the covers down on the bed to go to sleep snd there was dried blood. Called the front desk they brought up 4 extra sheets and 2 out of 4 were dirty. So the wife called once again and got a different room. That room was nice and upgraded.

Booked & paid for a room beginning of Sept Stated on the website that check in was from 3pm until 2 or 3am, called the hotel before booking & was assured late check in was perfectly fine & common Got into Vegas around 11to the hotel by 12 self check in kiosk checked in was charged a 350 deposit on top of the 350 that was due at check in. Ok whatever Then the kiosk says we have to go to the front desk Go to be told that our room had been given away because we checked in so late! I was understandably annoyed I had just forked over another $700 to a machine in addition to the $600 I had already paid over a month & a half ago the desk clerk was kinda snippy told her that I had paid for a room for a week & I expected a room She looks stuff up says okay we will put you in a "newly renovated room" with upgrades The upgrade was 0 view from the window that was tiny & completely covered with patterned film TV that didn't work right coffee maker that didn't work right cracks in the plaster above the bed. Whatever, it was clean Called housekeeping they brought a new coffee maker people came up & got the TV on but no volume control It's late we go to bed moved to another rm next day room phone didn't work sent to a pool that was closed after being assured it would be open til 1st or Nov when I called a week before given comps for the restaurant but they close by 2 &only open back up on the weekend so only options were pizza mcds or Chinese at the hotel 2-11pm. Housekeeping was great tho.
