We had a great reception person the first night (Jan 6). Rooms need more light, furniture to work and eat at, and a DEEP CLEAN. Couldn't reach front desk for needs; it went to someone "offshore" who then had to try to reach the front desk downstairs. Coffee/sugar should be provided, not a minibar item. Couldn't get responses to minibar check/refill, to room problem requests (for hours), etc. But I do like the small footprint of the hotel.

The staff at the restaurant and bars were especially helpful. The hotel check in was a bit late and the person checking us in could have been a bit more friendly but overall I really like this place

There is no mini fridge in the room for personal use, only for the property to keep their alcohol in. They have a single serve Keurig coffee maker in the rooms and coffee pods but if you want coffee in the morning in your room you have to buy it. Nothing in your room is complimentary. Highly disappointing. The room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. As far as location goes, it’s perfect, right in the middle of it all. Needless to say I won’t be staying at this property again and won’t recommend it to anyone either

The place was just okay. They do hit you with a bunch of fees after you book so expect those. The room wasn't overly dirty, but the entire place felt a bit dated. There were leaking pipes in the hallway, broken window, etc. The location was great.

The hotel did not homer our reservation we were forced to pay and upgrade and the room was not very clean and there were things that didn’t work. Good location but that’s the only thing that was good about that place.

Don’t do it! Horrific!
The room was absolutely disgusting and horrific. Everything was broken. Very dangerous the floor near the bathroom was raised and damaged wood splitting up. Dresser drawers completely broke missing actual cabinets. Hotel staff wouldn’t switch our room or refund us to stay somewhere else even though it was damaged and filthy. The only thing they did was send housekeeping up again which did nothing because after they left the 2nd time we doing 4 bags of trash and food in the wardrobe from the previous guests. Disappointed and gross experience

The amount of dust in the room was rather bad. Even right on the lamp on the night stand. A rip in the curtains, two rips in the bedboard, chipped paint on the walls in the room. For what you pay a night and the atmosphere of Las Vegas one would think the room would have been cleaner. My husband & I were nice enough to take 2 queen beds instead of just one king, to only have a room right next to the room service room. All day & night nothing but carts and slamming of the door

We loved it, and find it very convenient. The staff went above & beyond and made us feel like VIP'S. (We are average people with not a lot to spend). We had a great time, and plan on coming back to the Cromwell next Christmas.

Room was clean and nice and hotel met our needs, but we could hear the music bumping above our room into the night. If it wasn’t for that, I would say I’d stay there again. I had to turn the white noise machine up high that was in our room to drown out some of the noise

We had the best time when we stayed. This spot is right in the middle of the strip it’s small but that’s what made us love it. As we easily got lost in the other hotels. Would recommend this to anyone! Although the mini bars prices are outrageous there is a close corner liquor store that was in walking distance and prices were close to home prices.

This is a nice boutique hotel who doesn't allow any kids which is a major plus for me. The sportsbook is right next to the check in area which is a very good setup. The hotel location is super convenient and can't be beat. It's a walkable distance to take the monorail at the Flamingo station. There's a bus called "CX" which is across the Flamingo Road that takes you straight to the Las Vegas airport for $4 if you don't want to pay for the expensive Uber. There's also a bus called "DEUCE" on Las Vegas Blvd that takes you to either the Las Vegas North or South Premium outlet. I save a lot of money by not paying a single Uber ride during this Vegas trip. I found out the public transit is unbelievably easy and convenient in Vegas which is quite a pleasant surprise.
