Your property seems segregated from the strip even though it is located on the strip, I understand that Vegas was setting up for the Grand Pri but the location is not convenient. Some parking would be the best improvement, paying for valet parking each day is expensive. I would not give your hotel a bad review, your staff was very helpful, and the rooms are nice. Thank you,

The staff were friendly, however they would write all our requests but never action them. Room was not done but we haven’t call and ask them to take garbage. It was far as we had to get a taxi since there is so much construction around the area that it is very inconvenient. The rooms are very dated. But clean.

Polo Towers seems perpetually stuck in the nineties. Everything is either scuffed and dirty, broken, in need of updating or all of the above. Unbeknownst to me, this is one of Hilton's timeshare properties and upon checking in they will try to pressure you into attending a timeshare presentation. Our one bedroom suite was relatively small and the decor outdated. The soundproofing is not great so noise from the strip comes in all day and night. The room itself was clean but the hallways and other common areas were not. One of the elevators on our tower's side was broken and waits for an elevator during peak times could be over fifteen minutes. We wound up taking the stairs nearly every time.

Once the new mall is completed next door, it will be even more quiet. Great alternative to staying in a casino. Our suite was perfect to return to after a busy day and night on the strip. Location is fantastic and the staff is amazing!
