The service was excellent, but the room had a door to another room, which was locked, but I could hear the occupants of the adjoining room, and I'm sure they could hear me. The hotel should do a better job of insulating for sound.

We really liked the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers - close to the strip (but not right on it), big rooms, kitchens, very quiet. Not the most stylish or with tons of amenities, but great bang for your buck. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I have been to Vegas quite a bit. I always like to try new hotels. This is a timeshare property. Before we left to checkout, we texted the valet as instructed and were told 5 minutes. We went downstairs where there was a mob, almost no room to move. To our left was a collapsed guest and EMTs. To our right was a drunk man screaming at the top of his lungs talking to the police. 45 minutes later our car arrived.
