The coffee is terrible. At the pool, $14.00 for a beer (can) and $8.99 for a can of soda is ridiculous. One day we had no hot water. Management does not want to take responsibility for anything. Never their issue. The tables were set too high in the evening. Price on everything, was excessive. We will probably not visit Vegas again and if we do, we will certainly not stay at Paris. What a disappointment.

Guests are super rowdy. Don’t let you sleep. Throwing chairs against the wall, making noises in the middle of the night. No respect for the other guests. I understand that it’s Vegas and people go there to party but should respect the other guests. Room was dusty, dirty, sheets were dirty looks like they weren’t changed. Pubic hairs all over the bed and bathroom. Dust all over the place.

It’s striking how much Paris has declined over the years. It’s now tacky, a little run down, and had the worst check in experience I’ve seen anywhere. Even the exits of the parking ramp weren’t working properly, leading to long delays. Construction noise from the new Versailles tower was very present in the morning, and watch out for “fountain view” rooms— the view is obstructed and not at all worth seeking out.

Pros: - In the middle of the Las Vegas strip. Great location and more affordable than the higher end hotels on the strip like Bellagio or Cosmo - Very clean, quiet where rooms are located - Good restaurant options in the area, Mon Ami Gabi, one of the better restaurants on the strip. - Next to a CVS and Miracle Mile shops which has anything and everything you need during your stay - Enterprise Car rental on site, so you don't need to leave the hotel to pickup your rental (awesome service) Cons: - very long lines for check in, but it may be the norm being it's Vegas. - Limited to 2 devices for WiFi. Have to pay $15 per day per device for extra - Dealt with 1 luggage boy (young blonde kid) who looked stoned, gave me faulty information about WiFi and sent me to the wrong place when asking where Uber pickup was. Totally incompetent. - Tried checking out of room but was not able to. Called Guest services and they wanted to charge $1000 on my credit card instead of the $300 I was supposed to pay. They were insistent that was my total. Decided to wait in line for checkout and speak to someone in person and they looked up my file and charged me the correct amount. Felt like they were trying to scam me on the phone. In person check in/out were kind and helpful.
