Inadequate lounges at pool and there is lots of space. Room furniture and a bar in casino—- worn out and very out of date and unattractive furniture. Lines for breakfast pastries and coffee were way too long. Checking in line at noon took 20 minutes. Elevator service was good. Housekeeping said the Caesar organization could not provide a shower cap. Duplication of restaurants in Caesar group made them unattractive. Liked mon ami gabi. Gym adequate . Would not return or recommend.

Nicely themed property. Very convenient to attractions inside and out. Beds very comfortable. They need more staff. If you have issues or concerns you can’t find a person. Need to phone and wait. Also needs upgrade as paint and carpeting looking worn. But all in all an excellent experience

I think the room needed some updating, especially the bathroom. The light on the wall next to bed was falling off and standing lamp was tilted and broken. I really think it’s horrible that once you get there you get charged $50 a night for wifi and gym. Really? We are staying and betting in their hotel. WiFi should always be free and who the hell is gonna work out while staying in Vegas. Also the wifi is for only 2 items, if you need for more than 2 it’s an additional $15. I expected more from this hotel.

Dirtiest bathroom ever experienced
The bathroom was one of the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve seen. Not only at a hotel but ever. There was blood and brown spots on the wall next to the toilet, that were some one else’s. Some sort of substance dripping below the sink on the wall. Other people’s hair in the bath tube. And black chunks coming out of the bath tube facet. With these conditions the hotel would not even issue a refund. Instead they refunded the resort fee only.

It would have been nice if we had actually stayed at the Paris. So deceptive. If you see anything with Versaille you are not booking at the Paris but at the low end Horseshoe. No refrigerator, no coffee pot in the room, a huge crane was outside our wondow. So disappointed.

First - at Versailles you’ll get check in Horseshoe hotel and you’ll die in the smell of cigarettes and nothing about Paris vibe you expect. Second - room nice, renovated , but nothing there - fridge is under request, no complimentary water, no tea/coffee in the room. Third - windows dirty, so even we had a nice view you can’t make a pics construction rn and it doesn’t make a view better.
