The three mini splits in the unit did not work. It was cold. We froze. We requested space heaters which were provided the next day. They tripped the fuses not once but twice even after we plugged the heaters in outlets that were far from each other. So, no heat or TV for much of the time. The sink in the bathroom is comically small, and the hand held feature of the shower did not work. The kitchen was not well equipped and they gave us only two Keurig pods. Of the two beds, both memory foam style, one was completely collapsed on one side. You had to shimmy to the middle to not roll off. No extra blankets were provided. I spread my coat over top to keep warm. While the hosts were eventually responsive, they weren't on it when we really needed them. No phone number was provided to get quick help. In addition, there was no outdoor lighting so we had to come back in the dark every night. We used the car headlights to illuminate the key pad. The hosts said they would give us access info the day of arrival. This was not done. We had to go to a Starbucks to email the hosts because there was no WiFi available at the property to get the access info and open the gate. This was an unnecessarily inconvenient and uncomfortable stay. I would very much like to be reimbursed a large portion of the money we paid to stay here. One more thing, it wasn't until we checked in that we were advised not to drink the tap water for "health reasons." Really?
