Limited to no dining. Coffee in the room HORRIFIC, could not drink! Our room smelled like smoke. Room cleaning every other day but nit communicated. Needed new towels, delivered immediately however they next day housekeeping took them.

This is the nicest place I've ever been in in Las Vegas. The room was spacious and had a soaking tub and big shower. The kitchen was clean and well stocked.

Superb service!
What a pleasant surprise! This is a gorgeous property that is very obviously well run. The attention to detail and a standard of service that you can see in all employees was really impressive. Everyone was so pleasant, even when a power outage shut down elevators and computers. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious with a great layout. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in, ever. Great location too! This property just became my preferred place to stay in Las Vegas.

Awesome property with a great valet service. Avoids the hassle from big hotel chains where you need to walk 30 mins just to reach your car. Super clean and friendly/supportive staff. Highly recommended.

When you say a property goes above and beyond it’s definitely this one. First off the rooms are great, it was quite the entire stay and comfy. Everyone from the bellhop to valet to front desk just did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The cost was worth the stay for sure.

Friendly staff. Didn't appreciate the hard sales pitch. Room was to be serviced every 2 days- was not attended to until 4 days and bed was not changed. When called for room supplies we received a very prompt( within 10 minutes) response. The Resort Activities are fun and varied. Other than the housekeeping failure the resort would get 5 stars.

We had a fantastic time at the Marriott grand château. It suited our family just right. We got the two bedroom villa and it was perfect for my teenage son, my sister and my husband to all be comfortable. Just enough food options in the lobby. Everywhere you need to go as accessible on the strip.

For the amount we paid, this hotel was such a great deal. We had 2 2 bedroom suites which were perfect for our group of 10 girls on a bachelorette. I’m not sure how often the housekeeping came - some things seemed to be cleaned and we got fresh towels but then the beds weren’t made. I didn’t really care though as we were only there for 3 nights. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Vegas on a budget!
