The property is very convenient for families with kids. It's like living at home away from home. We had an excellent stay at this place. It is a plus that we can cook and do laundry. The place was very clean and modern. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Good location but very tired
Great location in Las Vegas, but the hotel decor is tired and the room was not clean, I had to wipe everything down with a damp face cloth and the kitchenette, I had to wash all the items before I used them and even had to clean out the kettle and coffee machine as I think someone had boiled coffee in the kettle. On D2, room service came to clean my room and removed the complimentary shower gel from my shower, even though it was not empty. When I asked at reception for it to be replaced, I was told they had run out and offered a bar of soap.

Great property! Kitchen is a dream in Vegas with food prices. Clean. Kind staff. Free movie rentals was a lovely surprise. Hotel kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. Very close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location, close to the monorail and offered parking voucher during the stay. I also liked the ease of entering the building after hours. My favorite thing about the room was that it had a washer and dryer.

Tucked away behind the strip it is quiet but right in the middle of everything. I stayed during the Formula One weekend and I had no problems whatsoever, finding the property and parking was easy Rooms were large, clean and comfortable

We were in Vegas for F1 . The room was nice but cold. We had the thermostat up to 79 most of the days to keep it warm. The blanket for the pull out couch was not more than a dust cover. The food place only open until 2 pm. No liquor delivery to hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations hotel. This was my first trip to Las Vegas. As a woman traveling alone, I always felt safe. The location is excellent. I walked to most of the sights and activities I went to. The hotel is beautiful and well cared for. My room was perfect. The heated pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic, as is the pool area. There was construction behind the pool area, but it didn't detract from my experience. Sometimes there was music near the pool area from the nearby Flamingo. However it was never loud enough to bother me. The staff is really wonderful. From the kind bellman who brought me towels, to the security guard, everyone was very helpful, friendly and nice. I especially want to thank the lovely young woman who works the overnight front desk shift. She helped me out several times, including very late Halloween night. The one thing I wish I'd known beforehand is, if you don't want to be woken up, it's not enough to put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door. You also need to inform Guest Services not to disturb you. The Guest Services Team woke me by calling my room and texting me. They do that to connect with guests. Once I opted out they didn't wake me again. Even with that, I highly recommend this hotel. I definitely plan on staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations the next time I visit Las Vegas.
