Poor for a 3-star hotel; avoid at all cost.
This is not a 5-star hotel in any possible way. No in-room coffee; low quality finishes throughout; loud with multiple music sources at any time; incredibly bright everywhere; no dimmers in room; blackout curtains do not fully block the 40-story digital screen on the side of the building; room service through GrubHub with all disposable dishes and utensils; no bottled water and tap water tastes like chemicals; poor room and bathroom layout; no customer service.

I liked that it's a new property and liked the dining options. A big plus is that it offered water stations for reusable water bottles which I didn't see with other older properties. Staff were friendly. My only complaint that our room wasn't cleaned until the 3rd day but the room was cleaned daily the rest of our stay. Not sure if rooms are to be cleaned daily. And they don't check the amenities if stock is low. Had to buy the item that was low in stock. But loved the property overall.

The area is not busy which we like. Swimming pool is not crowded like many other resorts. Generally we are very happy staying here.

Superb from check in to check out!!
We choose Resort World because Carrie Underwood was performing. We loved it! Excellent accommodations, wonderful service and so many food choices from food court to fine dining. I didn’t get opportunity to see spa but pools were great.
