Although it is a hotel thats is hidden. It is close to las vegas strip and stores. Enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and thr staff very nice, professional and courteous.

Staff exceptionally friendly
room was large, clean, staff friendly. My only complaint would be the beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped. It was quiet, pool and spa were open even though it says it closes in Sept. we stayed 3 nights in October. Enjoyed that the hotel was away from casinos, noise and Vegas lights.

The property was well-maintained. In fact, it was one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed at in years! The only real drawback was the neighborhood. It's in the middle of an industrial park and railroad yard. Noisy freight trains coming and going at all hours.

There is a train track across the street and is in the airport flight pattern so it is a little noisy.

This hotel would benefit from a major refresh. Our carpet was badly stained in the room and throughout the building. Our shower curtain rod was hanging by 3 of 4 screws and badly tilted. The wallpaper was peeling. There was plastic and tape over missing carpet in the hallway outside our room. New paint, carpet and some fixtures would make a world of difference. Breakfast is cheap but what you expect from this chain and the workers there were very good at keeping everything stocked and clean. Driving past homeless under the bridge right next to the hotel is a little unnerving. Thankful nothing was broken in to, but we left nothing in our vehicle to tempt anyone. Street racers outside on the Sunday we stayed there added a lot of noise and unsafe road too. Would recommend…that you keep looking.

Stayed here for a functional stop on a travel overnight. This property is between a highway and a train line. There was mildew in the bathroom. Overall, would not stay again.

I really love Best Western. Just a few things about this one that I think need improvement or a comment. The location is really not easy to get to with having to pass it and take a turn. That can't be changed but I did find that hard, not being a city driver. I noticed dust on the lights above the check in and also at the entrance in my room. Look up when cleaning. :-) In the bathroom there was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spare roll...that seemed a bit stingy and who wants to call the front desk for toilet paper? Check in was good but not overly friendly. Mostly the hot tub jets don't work and the water Luke warm and there was no sign posted that they don't work. Thanks! I'll stay at Best Western again.
