I felt the room was appointed with furniture that felt dated heavy wooden furniture with laminated tops. Also, not well lit. In the living room space all the lights were on one side of the room. There was no waste basket in the bedroom and no designated container for recycling. The staff is helpful and the restaurant is very good.

Exposed brick and a wonderfully designed bathroom made my room unique. Others have complained of noise, which puzzles me. I've stayed here twice now and practically had the whole hotel to myself. It was quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping services are far above average, and they check on you every day—a rarity for hotels since COVID. I will stay here again.

We had a great stay. The ambiance was wonderful. Service was great! One thing, the walls were thin and we had a party nearby. I did call the receptionist, and she got right on the problem.
