We enjoyed the restaurants and amenities. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. The service and quality was excellent in both restaurants. We relaxed and enjoyed the property. Love visiting off season where it is quieter.

Beautiful stay.
It was very nice and relaxing. We stay in the area Six the furtherest away from the Lobby. It was nice and quiet. The lobby has a beautiful fireplace to relax. We ate at the restaurant within ( Lakefront ) very enjoyable. Jasmine was our server and was informative regarding the menu choices. The staff was friendly our room clean. Thanks

Didn’t like that the staff was not knowledgeable about surrounding events in lake Geneva, like Santa cruise and didn’t really point out anything of interest to do. We didn’t get wash cloths our first night there.

When I checked out there was an add on from the bar of $31.00 for two NA beers and they charged me for a glass of merlot that I didn't have,(I don't drink) plus there was an up-charge of $51.00 for a resort fee, that was not included in the quoted room rate, although apparently it was in the small type of the agreement. Management couldn't adjust the bar tab because they have to go through the Bar and restaurant management to do that. I felt like I was being ripped off.
