Kuleana 514 is a well-appointed condo located on the third floor with all the amenities of home. Cook in a kitchen that is fully stocked while enjoying a stunning ocean view. Relax and savor dinner or a drink on the lanai, all while taking in a sunset, beautiful grounds, and views of the islands Lanai and Molokai on the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy AC in your bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. A queen bed and new sleeper sofa accommodate up to 4 guests in our unit, with flatscreen TVs in both the bedroom and living area. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Kuleana Resort will not disappoint! With stunning gardens and picturesque landscaping, the grounds are an absolute delight. Kuleana has a pristine pool surrounded by lounge chairs, tropical flowers and trees. A terrific BBQ area looks right out to stunning panoramic ocean views. Tennis court, shuffleboard area, and putting green are all available and well maintained. A small beach (depending on tide) where you can relax and soak in the sun, is all right in front of our resort. Snorkel, paddle board, kayak, surf or swim from our beach to the beautiful lava reef and enjoy some of Maui’s finest tropical fish and turtles.

Perfectly situated in the heart of West Maui, our condo is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, farmer’s market, and a 5-minute drive to Kapalua and Kaanapali; 10-minute drive to Lahaina.

Good value in a beautiful location

The grounds of the resort are really beautiful. The view was spectacular. The unit is small, but completely functional for 2 people. It is convenient to many top sites and places to eat. The full kitchen allowed us to by some groceries to eat in, instead of having to pay the high prices of eating out.

Great location and views. Real issue is the bedroom is so loud from road noise and wind it makes it hard to sleep. Bring your ear plugs and eye mask.

This property was comfortable and clean, but not without issues. The shower didn't drain, so water rose up your ankles while showering. This appears to have been a long standing problem given the rusty tide mark on the tub bottom. The tub itself is stained and most of the enamel is worn off. We called the property manager Emmett and he was very responsive, drain was cleared the next day. Then the toilet stopped flushing consistently, we had to remove the tank lid to pull the chain/flush. Then we tried to do laundry but the dryer did not work. Another email to Emmett, who quickly responded and fixed the toilet, however the dryer could not be fixed and was not functional for our whole stay. Emmett suggested there would be compensation for the dryer inconvenience, but we have not received anything. The pictures flatter the property significantly, it is smaller and a bit underwhelming when you actually see it, but again comfortable for 2 people (4 would be a crowd) and clean. The AC unit is in the bedroom window and is extremely loud. The view from the deck is wonderful and the grounds are well maintained. While the ad suggests beach access, this is very limited. The "beach" is very small and there are significant rocks. Getting in for a swim would be challenging - and dangerous for those who are not strong/competent swimmers given the combination of rock and surf. We didn't see anyone using the beach as a beach for our stay.

Amazing Maui Stay

I will definitely be booking again to stay in this Condo with amazing views, easy access to a private, small beach, heated pool and beautifully attended grounds. We swam with the turtles, watch, glorious sunsets, and relaxed on the balcony, taking in the stunning views We were close to all beaches and restaurants.

Perfect Paradise

My husband and I loved our stay here. Gorgeous views all day long. We could see the turtles from the living room at times. Really no need to even leave the property with the beach, the pool, the gorgeous views, meals on the lanai! But if you do decide to venture out, you’re only 9 to 10 minutes drive away from everything including restaurants, shops, snorkeling, sailing on a catamaran… Pretty much anything you would ever want to do in Hawaii. We definitely plan to stay here again.

The view is spectacular. We regularly saw sea turtles swimming in the water in front of the complex—from the lanai. A bit noisy when cars go by and you are in the bedroom—and be aware that this is a third floor condo, with no elevator. It was very well supplied with everything you would need—my daughter used the snorkel on the last day (8 minutes down the street is a lovely bay perfect for snorkeling—She saw at least 6 sea turtles.) It was wonderful.

GREAT CONDO WITH A MILLIONAIRES VIEW

Condo is exactly as described in the advertisement. Millionaires view across the ocean. We saw Turtles and Whales breaching from our balcony. There is a small beautiful beach 2 minutes walk from the condo and we saw at least 20 sea turtles in the water. Back bedroom is a little noisy with traffic but my sister and I slept on the pull down sofa bed with the balcony doors open. We slept like logs and awoke to the sound of the ocean waves and birds singing. Like home from home. Only negative comments I could make is that none of the bed sheets were ironed (however they were very clean) and the condo is on the 3rd floor (so not suitable for disabled people). We will be back. Thank you for the stay.

Gorgeous Ocean View

This stay was just beautiful! The views of the ocean and the daily rainbows were breathtaking! The unit was small but perfect for 2-3 people. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay! My favorite part was sitting out on the rocks every day watching the turtles swim up to say hello. We would definitely book this stay again. It’s the perfect location!

A little slice of heaven!!!

We were so happy with the location of this rental and the amazing views from our lanai. We love to stay in the Lahaina area of Maui and this condo is our favorite so far. We were devastated to hear of the fire that affected so many residents and others of Lahaina. Our prayers and hopes are with them so that they can receive peace and relief in this difficult time. We wondered how the effects of the fires would affect a trip to Maui. It was sad to see the devastation left by the fires but we were able to enjoy the island of Maui in different ways than we had in the past and still support local vendors as they try to recoup from their losses. This condo offers many amenities that we enjoyed while staying there. They had a washer a dryer, a dishwasher, an air conditioner in the bedroom plus a fan and a fan in the living room. The Lanai is large for the size of the condo. They had two beach chairs, and some other equipment like an umbrella for the beach and a mat or two. The sofa bed is really comfortable and when made into a bed it is way better than many other sofa beds we have used. There are nice TV’s in the living room and in the bedroom. We didn’t reallly ever use them since we spent much of our time outside. The sunsets are gorgeous from this location and the grounds are amazing and so beautiful. The property management company and the owners were very helpful and accommodating for our times and dates with a last minute booking. We will definitely be renting here again
