The front desk was not accommodating when it came to the climate of my room it was too hot and they could not cool it down or turn on the air conditioner. We also asked for a room in the back of the building away from the front of the building where traffic and people and school with kids screaming during the day so you could not get a siesta and open the window for some air because of the noise. The hotel is clean and close to Calle Larios and cafes but there is no food in hotel just a couple of vending machines

I've stayed at other easyHotel chain before so I know what to expect. This is probably my least favorite one. Malaga was pretty hot and hotel had to conserve the electricity so the room was very room. We couldn't change the temperature of the AC. Also, the shower door setup is just not good... the drain was not draining water quick enough so the water leaked out of the shower door. Overall it was ok.

The was only one elevator working and used by working staff and guest.The room didn't have a chair just the bed to sit on. The hotel was being expanded and the construction noise was loud with the window open.which had to be, because there was no A/C.was told they turn it off after a certain date. But the temperature outside was warm.

Disappointed with no sleep!
The room was very spartan with few amenities, a mini fridge is always convenient to have. My only real complaint is that they have air conditioning but they had it turned off. My room was very warm, I asked them to turn on a/c but they would’ve turn on, I asked for a fan and they declined, I asked for my payment back so I could find a room with a/c so I could sleep and they said no. Opening the window let the mosquitos in. I won’t be back!

Wifi did not work in our room. When i told the staff about it, i was told there were no problems with the wifi in the hotel. I was flabergasted by this remark as there was no wifi service in our room for the duration of our stay.

Nice hostel
Excelente location and close to centre of Malaga , shops and cafes . The only thing bad there were not toilets downstairs once the check out . We left the luggages all day for 5 euros because our flights was delay . But there weren't any available toilets in reception to use it . Staff was very nice and helpful . Place was clean . Some services available but we didn't use it like breakfast etc .

1/5 - Disappointing Experience at Easy Hotel Málaga I recently spent two nights at the Easy Hotel in Málaga, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The hotel's location is its only redeeming quality, as it's centrally located and close to main attractions. However, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which set the tone for our stay. The rooms were uncomfortable and to basic. The worst part was the mattress, which was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. For over 100 euros per night, I expect much better quality and service. There are far superior options in Málaga for the same price. I would not recommend Easy Hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

Chose it due to the train and bus station nearby. Also found it modern and clean. I was concerned about noise so I asked for a quiet room and she put us at the end of the hall. AC was really quiet too. Had a good sleep.
