Villa Bella Rosa is a historic 19th century villa that has retained the best and most relevant features of its past. The owner, an Italian fashion designer, did a complete renovation turning it into a modern home providing all the conveniences and comforts to fully enjoy a vacation with family and friends. The villa is directly on the lake shore with pool, private dock and lake access. The interior layout features three floors and the garden level is accessed by a stairway, therefore the property is not suitable to people with walking difficulties.

ENTRANCE LEVEL FIRST FLOOR: Large kitchen (fridge/freezer/ice maker, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, American coffee machine, toaster) with breakfast table for eight guests, living room with working fireplace and two sofas, dining area with access out to the terrace for al fresco dining.

SECOND FLOOR: Green Bedroom with air conditioning, lake view, double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Red Bedroom with two twin beds (not convertible) and air conditioning. Yellow bedroom with two twin beds (convertible into double upon request) and air conditioning. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower.

THIRD FLOOR: Room Fornasetti with twin beds, air conditioning, lake view, safe and ensuite bathroom with wonderful marble basin. Large Jacuzzi shower with Chromotherapy.

LOWER LEVEL AND GARDEN: Family room with plasma Satellite TV, SKY TV, DVD, and stereo. A very comfortable space to watch a movie, listen to music, or play billiards while gazing at the garden below. A sofa bed is available upon request. Also on this floor is a guest bathroom and laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron with ironing board.

From this level a garden stairway adorned with flowers leads to the lakeshore garden furnished with chairs and sun beds, shadowed by a century old Lebanon Cedar tree and an Olea fragrance, which perfumes the air with its white flowers. As of spring 2018 there is a new infinity pool.
The interiors are beautiful with stylish antiques and modern furnishing of Italian artists and designers, such as Fornasetti, Gae Aulenti, and Castelli Minetti. The villa's position is ideal for roaming around Lake Como by boat or by car.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (500 meters/550 yard). Visitors can easily reach Como in 20 min. and Cernobbio, with the famous Villa d’Este hotel, in 10 min. Every corner of Lake Como has much to offer; historic sites, charming villages, and mountain trails for hiking and nature walks.
