This property is quite worn out. Our room was at the rear so we could see and access our vehicle easily and the car park is behind a gated fence. The room itself was spacious, the bed was Very comfortable and the shower very spacious with excellent water pressure. Being at the rear we could not hear the hotel crowds. The hotel serves great dinners, esp Matsos Ginger Beer-battered fish. Breakfast is barely adequate but was enough for us. We had the sense that the staff (backpackers - lovely) may cop complaints regularly - not fair. Handy location to most of town.

Very pleasant except for one staff member and limited vegan options for dinner. Nice pool. Clean rooms with environmental consideration. Relaxed. A bit pricey but maybe kununurra is like that?

The bedroom hadn't been cleaned underneath and there where empty beer cans and rubbish underneath. There wasn't a tv remote and the furniture was falling apart. The sliding door had four locks on it due to break-in and only one worked out of the four locks. Also, i felt itchiness in the morning, so I'm guessing the bed had bed bugs. The food was very average. Overall its the last place I wiuld stay in Kununurra.

Hotel needs a good refurbishment, as some rooms are old with poor amenities and furnishings. Specially taps, showers are constantly running, lot of water wastage. Doors and locks are faulty its hard to open and shut, a person can be locked in if no changes are made.

Didn’t enjoy my stay here the place felt cold and the service was very average. arrived late to find an empty Dropbox. Was told a code and that the key would be in the box. the duty manager didn’t answer the phone. Luckily someone inside noticed me and was able to help. Was going to stay three nights but left after one.

Basic accommodation, very old and rooms could definitely do with an upgrade. Noisy at night and food at the restaurant is stupidly expensive. Fine if you are doing day tours out of Kununurra but not if you want relaxing luxury

Ate at the restaurant and it was disappointing, very limited vegetarian options and what they had was not great, sloppy mess. Other meals were average Breakfast was again minimal Feel for pricing it needs a bit more updating ( no wifi included) and staff need training in food allergies and what is a available
