The location was great. you don't have to be stuck in a jam getting to the hotel, and yet you are within walking distance to pavilion and other shopping malls. My only feedback is the room is too dim and i guess it shows the age of the property as well. The place definitely needs a refresh.

Staff looked a little overworked during check in not as friendly to greet. Room was a little noisy as we had neighbors whom were quite loud. Otherwise rooms were decent, bed was soft you can get a good nights sleep. Location is very convenient.

We stayed 4 nights. We had to repeatedly ask everyday for items not provided or refilled from the make up room process, eg body wash refilling, tissue rolls not provided, tea and coffee not updated. We think this is a basic duty and is therefore atrocious and unacceptable for a 5 star
