The apartment size is great, spacious and well decorated. Communication was bad. No one ever picked up the phone, we tried reception, house keeping and concierge..however line never got through. The washing machine was brokenā€¦ā€¦had my clothes locked in there the night before check out day and half washed..disaster..and small things like only provided us half a toilet paper roll for a 2-bedroom apartment (4 guests)ā€¦ā€¦if you need anything, you must go down to reception and request face to face.

Not as nice, as advertised! Donā€™t be impressed by the restaurant that they advertise. In this property, there is NO restaurant! The restaurant is in the next door building, which is a different business, so you canā€™t make a charge to your room, if you eat there! Rooms are huge and are fine. If you are looking for luxurious places, that is definitely NOT the place. But it is very descent and clean. The best part is the bed and pillows; VERY comfortable. The place is like a huge factory. Too many people all the time, the entrance ALWAYS blocked by so many cars that are arriving there every second. Staff are friendly and helpful. NON of my Expedia VIP status were acknowledged! Overall, it is not a bad place, but it was way too busy for meā€¦
