Very close to a 5! Very comfortable bed, nice showers, great staff. Lovely pool - we only used the one on the 30th floor, but my husband checked out the one on the first floor and said it was also great. Close to the LRT and a small grocery store. Lots of nice restaurants around and we very much recommend Halab. The only things were a bit of maintenance (toilet roll holders, sticky doors) and the bathrooms were awkward with shower doors opening too close to the bathroom doors. We'd definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodation. Only issue with our room is that there is a construction flaw/damage on one of the windows where there is a gap and it doesn’t shut properly. So we can hear the noise from the streets.

Great location, everything is walkable. The only complaint I had is the building is fairly old, so while the rooms were clean, you could tell the furnishings have been through a lot.

Stayed 3 nights in the studio suite. Room size was good, clean, with equiped kitchen, bathroom spacious. It has 2 swimming pools, level 1 and 31. Located very close to Jalan Alor, Pavilion and most major malls (walking distance). Approximately 15 minutes walk to KLCC and Petronas towers.

My wife and I stayed for a short break. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the apartment, which was cheaper on Expedia than the hotel. The staff were all extremely pleasant and eager to help in any way. I would particularly praise the front desk staff and doormen but service throughout was excellent.

Very good location. Excellent service. All the staff were super nice and helpful. The only downside to this service apartment is that it is dated for a 5-star accommodation. Having said that, the price was affordable so we were fine with it.
