The hotel is very close to the main square and has a great location it is basic but very clean the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Only thing I was slightly disappointed on was the breakfast as there was not alot of cooked options and repetitive

Perfect location very spacious
Great visit to krakow! Hotel staff was very helpful and the location is tough to beat. Our room was spacious and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and the host is great. We are going back to bed our trip in a few days and staying there again.

Good room, heat in the room in November was an issue. Use the earplugs given if you have a room facing the street. Friendly staff and outstanding location in the pedestrian area.

Lovely hotel, only a few steps from the main square. Rooms were a good size and equipped with all you need for city break. The breakfast buffet was good. If you want to be close to the main square this hotel is perfect.

Great location
Vwry good location. Lots of stairs to room but I managed. Comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Restaurant next to it. Didn’t use it but is convenient.

Located at the edge of the main square in the old town, the location was perfect. The room we stayed in was on the fourth floor and sadly no lifts, so a lot of walking but it was fine. The room was spacious, clear and had all the amenities we needed plus a lovely view. Outside the hotel is a bakery which have the biggest and best stuffed croissants! The old town has ample of restaurants it if you want a pose higher costs, go on the back streets as the restaurant on the square are more expensive! The hotel offers breakfast included which is down in the basement and it is a buffet option but lovely. The staff are super friendly and offer bag storage so our last day we could relax more!

The property is so close to the square that has everything you need,cafe's bars restaurants shops and beautiful churches. Just a lovely place to stay. Hotel clean and breakfast a good choice. The staff are lovely.

The hotel is in city centre in pedestrian zone. Thus, taxi drops you off about 100m from the hotel. Check-in was efficient. The room is on the smaller side. The main problem is street noise and no air conditioner in the room. It is ok for autumn but probably it is very hot to stay in summer.

Excellent location. Very poor housekeeping. I don’t think our room was ever vacuumed in a week. The location can’t be beat and the restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel has excellent polish country food. Room was spacious (2 beds), no ac but fan was provided. Breakfast was the same everyday but ok.
