Perfectly situated just within the old Town and a short walk to the main square and Castle. Very comfortable and quiet room, nice and warm in winter with the option of a balcony if you want a outside space. Really couldn't fault the accommodation. Breakfast is taken a short walk away at Wine and Coffee and has a very good choice of great food to set you up for the day. Would certainly recommend for a comfortable, convenient and well priced hotel in beautiful Kraków.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. Great little hotel
My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were wonderful. So helpful and couldn’t have done more to make us welcome. We had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean and warm. Fantastic location and easy to walk everywhere. Very happy and would definitely stay again.

Lovely Central hotel
Amazing hotel, room was spacious enough for two people with ample storage. Staff are what make this hotel; so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for train station, short walk to main square and about 15-20 minutes to Jewish quarter. We will be returning to Amber for our next visit!

Hard to have a better review. The staff was truly outstanding! Monika was particularly helpful with an issue I had with the train coming to Krakow. However, others helped with restaurant selections. Quiet area easily walkable in the old city. Just total class. Also, liked the sauna, which I took advantage of one night, Excellent! Would be back in a heartbeat. They have a modern system for accessing your room through a code. Honestly, it worked well.
