Here’s the polished version: This hotel is awesome! It’s within walking distance of the beach and offers an excellent breakfast with plenty of options savory, sweet, and healthy options too. There are two great pools: a rooftop pool, perfect for a cocktail, and a large pool on the ground floor. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Good location in Ao Nang and a fine hotel. Nothing excellent, nothing bad. Staff was helpful during check in and then never acknowledged us again (when entering, exiting, etc.). The facilities are getting to be outdated and in need of some updating, and the bed was not particularly comfortable, but the room was big and we enjoyed our patio. Didn’t find too many appetizing breakfast options for westerners at the onsite buffet, but found a great cafe just across the street.

Pretty bad
I'm not sure who gave this hotel high scores.. but the fact they call it "resort" is such a shame. The facilities are less than basic, the place is mostly not so clean, the shower gel smells bad and mixed with water and the water stream is shameful. The pool is dirty as well. It's also dengerous for strollers and kids because the shared areas are with sharp ramps and wet floor. Stay away!

À very nice hotel but stay spoiled by the noise of major constrains works in the very close neighborhood. Communicating rooms are extremely noisy. Great breakfast.

Very nice room. Was very clean when we arrived. Great amenities in the room. Breakfast was included in the one we chose. We didn’t ever eat there. There were way too many children running around sticking their hands in the food. Generally a lot of kids everywhere. Room service comes VERY late. 8:30 pm the second day. 6pm our third day. And we had our “please make up room” light on the entire time we were there. The last day they came before 3pm. Location is wonderful. And the staff were very friendly.

Not good stay, will not return.
This is a 3-star hotel with a 2-star service. Linens were stained and were not changed for our entire stay (5 nights). Housekeeping neglected us and did not make our room for 2 consecutive days while we were away for over 8 hours. Breakfast was a complete chaos. Tables not clean, all people forced to self-service to even get utensils. Quality of food real poor. Egg station decent but staff gave away my omelet to other guests not remembering who ordered what. No supervisor for 5 consecutive mornings in the breakfast area, bunch of teenagers merely collecting dirty plates. We preferred to sit outside and noticed tables were not cleared and wiped for half an hour. Absolutely not worth the money.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and today and the staff very welcoming and friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel was within walking distance to everything you need.

We had a problem at first with our room and the location of the room, but the front desk staff moved us and we were so happy with the next room. Different food options on property. Nice, cool pool and swim-up bar, and restaurants and stores all walkable. Tuk tuks are right outside of entrance on main street.
