The large 2 BR villa and surrounding resort offer huge selection of beachfront sports activities. Among them are some of the best snorkeling and diving areas to be found in Hawaii, not to mention world class surfing and paddle-boarding and of course sunbathing at the resorts fabulous beach.

The resorts 3 pools, beachfront access, the Honu Bar and recreation services and lush grounds give you plenty of options if you choose to spend your time at the resort without running out of activities during your stay. The resort offers plenty to do from lounging on the plentiful and lounge chairs throughout the resort. On the beach you might spot Monk Seals or sea turtles sunning themselves or you might do some sunbathing of your own nearby, just steps from your villa. Spend some energy in one of the resort's three sparkling outdoor pools or take an aquatics class offered through the resort in the pool or the ocean. The resort also provides numerous gas BBQ grill centers that are always well maintained and cleaned daily to high standards. Bring your own food to grill, along with a beverage of your choice and spend some time with the informal resort BBQ community each evening.

Of course with Waiohai as a base during your time on Kauai, it's your choice how to spend time exploring the island. Exploring beyond the resort on Kauai's sunny south shore, nearby Spouting Horn Park, Kauai Botanical Garden and Old Koloa Town, as well as shopping and dining at the Shops at Kukui’lua, Poipu village as well as many other small local establishments that are always popular. Kauai being one of the smaller Hawaiian islands, the entire island is at your disposal from Hanalei in the north shore to Waimea and Waimea Canyon to the west. The Napali coast can be accessed by boat from nearby Port Allen.
