A wonderful stay
A wonderful 10 day stay exploring the Kobe, Osaka, Arima regions & Hiroshima . The breakfast buffet is excellent and Emerald Bar for a night cap . Our room was #2019 which is corner room Overlooking the harbor and surrounding areas.

We had a corner room offering 270 degree view of the harbor at 18th floor. The facilities of the room were quite adequate. Minibar could stock more. Breakfast was wonderful. There are other restaurants and coffee shop cafe. It is within easy walking distance to Chinatown area.

Hotel Okura is a beautiful and full of classy details like soft towels, fog resistant mirror, soft lighting, but most importantly very kind staff! They helped us with our luggage and assisted us in getting transportation to the airport.
