The Space
NoKno Flats is made up of 2 buildings and 5 total apartments. There is parking available for all 5 units at the back of the property near the garage and mural. Street parking available as well.
Suite #3 is made up of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, a kitchen/dining area and 1 full bathroom. The suite is very stylishly decorated and has numerous thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. In the living room is a cozy little faux leather sofa, a chair and a TV; a great spot to relax after a long day out and about. The TV is ready to connect to all your personal, favorite streaming options!
This unit has an "eat in" kitchen/dining combo that seats 4. The table can also be used as a workspace, if needed. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and basic cookware you'll need to dine in, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances!
It is a great setup for smaller groups, solo travelers, or couples who would like to be near downtown with some walkable amenities.

Guest access:
You will have full use of all of the apartment which is located on the top floor of the back of the left building. There is a staircase at the back of the building that leads to your apartmentthat has about 15 steps, so it is not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.
You will have enough parking for 2 vehicles in the parking area behind the home, but the parking area is a shared space between the other apartments.
This unit is one of 3 apartments in this building. There are shared walls with the other apartments and you may hear noise from other guests during your stay.
There is a lawn mower shop next door and therefore a potential for noise coming from that business, as well.
NO pets or animals allowed, NO smoking of any kind permitted, NO parties or gatherings.
