This stunning townhome is central to some of Knoxville's coolest hangouts! The Crafty Bastard Brewery is a 2-minute walk around the corner and A Dopo Sourdough Pizza is just a 4-minute walk! There's also Remedy Coffee, The Donut Shop, and Tako Taco all less than a 10 minute walk away!

Market Square is easily accessible by foot (0.8mi) with all that S Gay St has to offer under a mile away! Shopping (Mast General Store [0.7mi], Bliss and Tori Mason[0.7mi]), Bowling (Maple Hall[0.7mi]), Music (The Square Room[0.8]), and Grocery (The Market[0.7]) right at your fingertips. Pop into the East Tennessee Historical Society and Museum to learn about our rich history, then head to the French Creperie for a bite to eat! End your day at the Tennessee Theater or the Bijou Theater for a breathtaking show.

A car is recommended, but not necessary!

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- Guest needs to leave the key in the lockbox whenever they leave the property.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making a reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking, you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Wedding Weekend
This property was in the perfect proximity to our son’s wedding weekend venues. It was the perfect mix of old & new. House was beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Smelled a little musty upon arrival & noise from interstate was unexpected. Sound machines helped. Perfect space to enjoy a fun weekend with families and friends. Would stay here again.

PROS: recently renovated, clean, beds are super comfy, everything was spacious, decor is nice, and location was great to UT and breweries/things to do. Communication was quick and if we needed anything it was dealt with in a timely manner. CONS: There was an evident "musty" smell. Being in the city, there were homeless people digging through the trashcans every day right outside the door/house. It wasn't a problem--you just had to get used to looking out the window and seeing someone in the trashcan. In the primary room and one of the guest rooms, there are closets but without shelves and there were no dressers/drawers. The bathrooms don't have hooks on the wall for towels--there was one towel rod. The showers don't have a place for you to put your toiletries, so the soap I brought and the bottles had to go on the shower floor. The kitchen doesn't have a pantry. It has a closet, but it doesn't have shelves. Food storage was limited and was on the counter mostly. I only mention this because it was hard when you are trying to cook and limited on space.The kitchen also lacked some basic supplies (large pot/strainer), it had minimum plates, utensils, cups and mugs. We had to wash a lot and then the one dish towel was a problem. Also, there was no dish rack/drain tray to put wet pots on. One final comment, it's on a main road. I'm a light sleeper, but they provided noise cancellation machines that did the trick! Overall, it was a great stay and the place was lovely.

Easy access to Trolley and Downtown area of Nashville. Nice two-story rental, clean and recently renovated. My only 3 slight suggestions: shelves in the main bedroom closet to put small items away; showers need a rack to put soap and toilletries; and a few dish towels would have been nice.

Beautiful house
I have 2 daughters in Knoxville. One is attending UTK and the other moved there after college for a job. So, I will be visiting Knoxville often. This house is in a great location. It's easy to get to any part of town. It has ample parking. And it's beautiful inside! Travelled with my mom, sister and her two kids. The house was set up perfectly. My mom had her own bathroom and bedroom on Floor 1. I had the master on Floor 2. My sister and her kids had the other two bedrooms upstairs and shared the hall bath. It was perfect.

Condo is modern and spacious. Convenient location. We really enjoyed the space and convenience but we were driving to most of our activities. I would not recommend walking in the area at night. Overall excellent stay and enjoyed the condo
