The memel hotel is close to centre and all shopping and restaurants. Good quality hotel, nice staff. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Great place.

Todella siisti ja hyvä kolmen tähden hotelli. Ei yritä liikaa vaan on siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Kohtuullisen monipuolinen aamiaisbuffet. Hyvä sijainti - Klaipedan keskusta kävelyetäisyydellä. Eli iltamenoihin tms. el autoa tarvitse. Pysäköinti oli heinäkuussa osittain ruuhkaista, mutta paikka löytyi aina.

Viehättävä hotelli vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa.

Pros: Tyyli, ehdottomasti.
Yövyimme kolme yötä Memelissä Baltian lomareissulla. Kaunis, pieni hotelli vanhan kaupungin tuntumassa. Valitsimme kuvan ja sijainnin perusteella. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä avuliasta, saimme hyviä vinkkejä mm. kauppojen sijainnista ja Kuurinkynnäksen lauttayhteyksistä.

Ganz ordentlich, aber mehr auch nicht

Das Hotel Memel in Klaipeda ist wie die Stadt selbst: unscheinbar, unspektakulär, eher nichtssagend. Mir ist unverständlich, wie das Hotel Memel in Hotelbewertungen bislang recht gut abschneiden konnte. Das Haus wird ordentlich geführt, ist sauber, aber hat keinen Stil und kein Flair. Die Zimmer wirken altbacken, entsprechen dem Stil der 60er Jahre. Die Rezeption ist gleichzeitig Bar, allerdings ohne Sitzgelegenheit und direkt im Eingangsbereich. Der Frühstücksraum hat den Charme einer früheren Dorfgaststätte, und die nachträglich gezimmerte Terrasse befindet sich auf dem Parkplatz, entsprechend fällt der Ausblick auf die geparkten Autos. Ein Lichtblick am Morgen: das Frühstück ist recht gut.
