Nice big hotel situated near subway station and public transit. Breakfast is A1 but could be very busy at times. Room was good with comfortable beds nice and clean and good shower. Pillows are either tiny or huge, need something in between. Réception was quite busy but very helpful. Good facilities at hotel. Location is good as it is not far from downtown by subway. Overall, the breakfast is a real bonus.

A very friendly and well organised hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were practical and clean and access to the underground was a very short away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great area for shopping and restaurants. Hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner was also very good but in the pricey side. Only complaint was bathroom- large bathtub difficult to get into for a senior and asked for a tub mat so I wouldn’t slip and they didn’t have any. Also noticed that mold was growing around glass shower door and tub corners. Water when draining flooded the floor!
