Great area for shopping and restaurants. Hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner was also very good but in the pricey side. Only complaint was bathroom- large bathtub difficult to get into for a senior and asked for a tub mat so I wouldn’t slip and they didn’t have any. Also noticed that mold was growing around glass shower door and tub corners. Water when draining flooded the floor!

Loved that it was near the Metro. Breakfast was excellent. The cleaning of the bedroom was not as good as it should have been- dirty cups not replaced and duvets had to be put in covers. Bathroom floor was soaking after a shower- had to position the shower door very carefully.

Our room smelled when we checked in, as windows cannot be opened. Furniture was covered in dust. Windows and mirrors dirty with fingerprints. Stained chairs. Reception staff very short and unresponsive. Only upside the breakfast buffet

Overall a great experience breakfast there was plenty of choice. the underground is a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. However, we were disappointed due to the fact we booked the hotel because it had a pool after all that walking I wanted my feet to float 😊 but what wasn’t made clear that the pool is part of the spa and therefore hotel residents had to pay for a two hour slot to use the pool and spa

Great location. 20 minute walk to waterfront attractions. 10 min walk to many restaurants. Hotel bar and tapas were great. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had (included in price)
