This was probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed. When we arrived to our room, we found it to be not as we saw online. The room was old and in need of renovations as well as not cleaned well. There was so much dust on all the surfaces. My husband and I were very upset and decided to see if we could find another hotel or upgrade our room at this hotel. Staff were helpful and allowed us to see the room before we decide to upgrade. The new room was nothing special but thankfully clean and not dusty. Fee was required in order to access the pool, which is worth it. However spa is located in a super inconvenient spot. Hotel seemed to be hosting lots of conferences and to get to the spa, you have to walk through the conference centre (which was fully packed of people when we went).. this was very uncomfortable as we were in our spa robes. Restaurant was over priced and they ran out of 2 dishes… the menu was already limited as is. Overall would not stay here ever again.

We found this hotel on internet and seemed to be close to what we wanted to see and go from it. the phone system was hard to understand and we never got it to work from our room, regardless of the instructions. Maybe it really didn't actually work. But the breakfast was terrific with lots of choices and also a good gluten free selection of breads.

This is a very well located hotel . Great transport connections . Park for walking next door and good shopping and eating possibilities around the hotel. The spa is beautifully designed with part indoor part outdoor pool . The Brazilian breakfast manager who appears with a trolley in the mid afternoon at reception is a remarkably social type and a great asset to the hotel . Reception staff is very friendly and efficient .

The room reeked so badly of vehicle fumes it made me feel physically sick. The air conditioning pulled in air so heavily polluted by the large dual carrigeway system that the air reeked of car exhaust. During rush hour it was unbearable.

Well our room was very tiny and seems like the bed was just a bed topper. It was not comfortable but the place was fully booked. It is extremely busy with conference and the Asian crew from different airlines stays here. Breakfast is great. Convenient to go to old town. 3 stops.
