This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings and a private balcony with mountain views. The updated kitchen and bathrooms add a touch of luxury. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Buffalo Lodge offers shared amenities including 2 hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings and has a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers seating for two and beautiful mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area. Both bathrooms feature granite countertops and are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and beautiful views. In the corner is a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and its own access to the balcony. Both bedrooms feature Heavenly brand mattresses.

The “Mountain Views” were maybe technically correct but you really look out over the huge Keystone parking lots with mountains in distance. There is a really nice balcony but in a unit for 6 people had only 2 chairs and none if the inside chairs suitable to take outside. Unit itself is very nice but these 2 points above colored my review

We loved the location. A short walk to the gondola. The beds in this condo are fine...2 queen, but the sofa bed is in bad shape (tears in the back cushions and the support bar is very uncomfortable). The two arm chairs are in poor condition. The ice maker did not work, but there were ice cube trays. The fireplace screen had a thick layer of dust as did the top of the refrigerator. The management company communicated extremely well. We loved the size of this condo. I hope the owners replace the living room furniture.

Easy check in process on our time frame. Elevator from parking garage was broken during our stay, but this was communicated via text message before we arrived which allowed us to plan ahead. Bedrooms were spacious and unit was clean upon arrival. The only issue we encountered during our stay was ice maker not working. They sent maintenance out. They brought ice trays and filled them since they were unable to immediately fix the issue. Overall great unit, owner, and communication. Would rent again.

Large, comfortable condo. Had everything we needed except for baggies, foil and plastic wrap. Great amenities and location. We would definitely stay here again. Note: The elevator is right next to this unit and you can hear it all day. It bothered me but not the rest of my family.

Spent 5 days here in early April at the end of the ski season. As-advertised condo. Overlooks parking lot with hills behind. Very detailed instructions & tips from owner helpful and clear. Underground parking. Can walk with your skis a few mins to gondola/lift. 3 humidifiers helped keep things comfortable. Nice to have the 2 hot tubs and pool tables downstairs along with ski storage.

OK - we go to Keystone and Breck to crush the slopes - not to admire our condo. Buffalo Condo - 2/2 - was great. Zero complaints - a bit dated but who cares. As soon as we got there, I received a text from a live person letting me know to respond back if we need anything. I couldn't figure out the remote - we had a technician in our living room within 15 minutes. Job handled. Very pleased with the overall stay. Cheers

Beautiful condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at River Run Village! The condo had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable, the showers were immediately hot with great water pressure, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The laundry was right across the hall which made laundering easy! The heated pool made swimming even on a week it snowed fun! We had a few things not working but the management responded immediately. Great condo, great management and we really enjoyed the small touches that truly made this feel like home for the week! We would definitely stay again!

Loved this unit! The top floor allowed for high ceilings which made the property feel so much bigger. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. We would love to return again!

Property is convenient to the access the village and slopes. Ski lockers downstairs are a bonus. Unit was clean and well cared for. We had two small issues with the unit that were quickly resolved by the property manager, which was most helpful. Two potential issues for light sleepers, unit is right beside the elevator which can get a little loud and noisy in the morning with skiers in ski boots hitting slopes early. The area also had a ton of snow while we were there, which was great except for the loud snow plows that hit the parking lot outside your window around 5am. Other than that, great stay!

Good sized rooms. Comfy king sized beds, good towels and easy access Keystone. It is near the elevator and a bit noisy. The underground parking is a plus but the large garage serves several properties so you do have to look for the correct elevator. Really basic hot tub next to a parking lot. The other ones on property were all closed. Again, inside the unit was great and there is a nice porch. It too looks over the dumpster and the parking lot but out over that you see mountain views.

Great place to stay!
This property is a great place to stay. Excellent location, lots of amenities, good communication with rental company. The one small downfall was the check in area was a little difficult to find. The sign for the building was not lit up in any way. Once we got the keys everything else went fine. We are already planning on coming back!
