This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, two full-sized beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a wall of windows offering beautiful views. Ideally located near Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests of Decatur have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub and sauna.

You're also within walking distance of the Mountain House Base Area lifts. Some guests choose to use the walking and biking path where they can reach the lifts in 8-10 minutes. Or you can take advantage of the resort shuttle and reach those same lifts in 2 minutes or the gondola at River Run in 6-8 minutes. The resort shuttle stop is conveniently located right outside the complex.

The architectural design of this concrete building ensures a quiet and relaxing stay. The entryway has a small area for storage of vacation gear, then you can head downstairs to the spacious living area that offers mountain views through a wall of windows. There is a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Comfy furniture is perfect for curling up in front of a roaring fire, and the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Near the windows you have a bistro style table that seats four where you can enjoy a nice meal while taking in the mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is set off from the main living area and comfortably seats six people and there are five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just down the hall and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom offers more beautiful views and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has more great views and features two full-sized beds and a flat screen TV.

Very Dated and Lots of Stairs
We checked in on Monday of Spring Break week after a full day of skiing at Keystone. The first surprise was that you take the lone elevator up to the 3rd floor, open the door to the condo to only immediately descend a flight of stairs back down to what should be the second floor. The listing did not clearly state that this is the setup, so anyone with elderly parents or people who need to minimize stairs, this condo is not for you. Next surprise was when we went to unpack all of our groceries for the week to only find a small "dorm sized" refrigerator as the regular refrigerator was out of order. We were not told this before our arrival and the $300+ worth of groceries were not going to all fit in this tiny refrigerator. The management company brought another small refrigerator (brought by one guy and we had to assist to get it into the place due to the above mentioned stairs) so we spent the remainder of the week playing Tetris with two small refrigerators...fun! This condo is nice and has nice sized rooms, but it is VERY dated. Walls need painting and all the furniture needs to be replaced. DO NOT plan to sleep on the pull out sofa as the "cushion" for the bed was exceeded in thickness by the Q-tips we brought along. The oak trim throughout the place hasn't seen a coat of finish since this place first opened, so be careful not to get slivers. One wall appeared to actually have urine stains on it as well. It gets two stars because it was priced appropriately.

Great location and loving space
The location of this property was great to the keystone ski resort. Only 1 parking space so we had to find an overnight parking for our 2nd car. The property was good. The living space was nice and open. It was very dated, it looked like it was decorated in the 70’s, but it served it’s purpose for our family.

This property was beautiful! It was clean, big and very comfortable for our vacation. Check in was super easy, the house was stocked with everything we needed, and we had an amazing view of the mountain! It was less than 5mins to Keystone and a quick drive to other things around like Breckenridge and Dillon. We would love to stay here again if we come back!

The reviews on this unit do not reflect the condition of the unit. I believe it rated at 4.8 stars when we booked. This unit is NOT that nice, when considering 5 stars is the best that exists. It is basic, but too many dated furnishings, poor maintenance (blinds that both function improperly, and some that are not even there, plumbing back-ups, worn mattresses, closet doors off their track, windows that don't completely close), that make even 4 stars a lofty goal. We requested maintenance for MISSING blinds in the living room on Monday, and nothing changed all week. We had to hang a spare sheet over the living room window for any level of privacy, not to mention the broken screen that remained in the unit the whole time. Location is great for the lakeside village and convention center, and I suppose at the price point it suffices, but let's not fool anyone that it is nearly the best unit available in all aspects. As others have said which I believe isn't disclosed on the description is that you are required to use stairs inside the condo to access it. The door from the common hall into the condo immediately goes down 2 flights of stairs. If stairs limit your mobility this is not an option for you. I agree with a review from August (Alida S)...this one needs some work.

Unreasonable to have 6 to 8 person condo with only one parking spot
It's unreasonable to rent a condo that sleeps 6 to 8 people and only allow one parking permit for that condo. The condo's parking lot among every other parking lot as far as the eye can see was empty. Understandable if parking lot was full however 98% of the lot wa empty .. I addressed with property management company they responded to take it up with Keystone Resort. We had 2 vehicles and had to pay to park our 2nd car each night. We still received a parking violation from Keystone resort. The paid parking was a 10 min walk from condo.

This property was very clean and roomy. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and we took advantage of the shuttle to Keystone Resort for skiing. Check in was very easy and the property manager checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the rental. We had an issue with the main TV that was resolved in a timely manner. I would stay here again.

Ski vacation making memories
Needs the sofa mattress the current one is unusable. Great wide open living area, nice kitchen. Great location to get the free shuttle bus, just steps from the front door. Swimming pool very close and easy to walk to too. Very clean and nice after a hard day of skiing. Management is very helpful and easy to reach. Parking more then one car is hard and expensive in Keystone. Over all I would recommend this place.
