Stayed one night to hi to a concert at Prodpera. Great location. Building common areas, elevators, are a bit dated and doors were not noise proof. Hallway was noisy in the night. Otherwise good stay.

Went to Kelowna to visit the in-laws. Stayed at hotel excellent experience- lots to do for families (we didn’t do, however nice to see options) great staff, couldn’t do enough for us- we went few days after my surgery and staff couldn’t do enough to ensure comfort

We couldn’t connect to the wifi, it took half an hour on the phone with a tech to get it working. The automated system was confusing. Hotel rates should be lowered in off season as the many amenities cannot be used. Casino had to be accessed by going outside in the cold due to staffing shortages.
