We couldn’t connect to the wifi, it took half an hour on the phone with a tech to get it working. The automated system was confusing. Hotel rates should be lowered in off season as the many amenities cannot be used. Casino had to be accessed by going outside in the cold due to staffing shortages.

We always enjoy our stay at the Delta grand. The staff is always friendly and if by chance you need anything they are right there to help. The pools and hot tubs are clean and relaxing. Thank you for the really nice stay

You have to pay for parking every night (not included like it says) hotel room was less than desirable for the price point. For $400 a night I expected something much better. Floors uneven, a room next to the elevator, noisy neighbors. Staff was somewhat rude as well. Will not be staying here or recommending this place again
