Valet parking was way to expensive when there are off street parking way cheaper 1 block away They offer free shuttle well you can’t get shuttle cause it’s outside there area Uber everywhere price changes hourly Very disappoint I asked these questions ahead of time and was givin the opposite of what they really offer For the high price restaurants you need a reservation or you won’t get in Not even a night cap that’s impossible unless you call ahead Very rude bartenders and servers I was not impressed at all will never stay there again

Overall it was a great stay! The staff were super friendly and polite. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was so spacious! I’ve never stayed in the room with so much room between two queen beds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel is ok, hard bed, a/c barely worked, elevators broke one morning. Bad area, lots of homeless people outside, seems unsafe. Some staff were great, others were rude. Overall wouldn't go back nor recommend.

The toilet flusher kept jamming. We had to make sure it was set correctly or we wouldn’t have any water in the tank to flush with. Otherwise all good.

The fact you required me to valet my tahoe in and out everytime was lame. I want my truck when i go out for it so i can pull around and pick up my ol lady. It might not be your fault due to the lack of parking spaces in KC MO. Other than that it is well priced and very elegant.
