The views are the best, with amazing sunsets! The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms need some upgrades and it smelled of mildew the entire time we were there, which was very unpleasant. We had to buy a candle to help mask the smell.

Check in was fantastic! We arrived at 1 with check in at 4 and Rose was so pleasant and accommodating and let us check in. Thank you Rose!!! Also did a Manta experience (unbelievably awesome!) and got in later from that but the bar still served us and everyone was very pleasant.

They closed the pool shortly after 6:00 PM. The reason was due to there’s no lights around the pool. We have an ocean front pool and they closed it at 6:00. I can’t recall any pool that closed at 6:00. It was still light out. Sun didn’t even fully set. And there’s this thing called lights to light up the area around the pool. Several guests were not happy. Won’t be back here because of this which is sad because it’s a great location.

Pleasant enough for the price.
Pleasant enough a little disappointed to find out via email after we had booked that renovation works would be carried out during our stay causing noise between 9am-4pm. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Shame about the noise and run down rooms/lobbys.

Even after telling the check-in clerk that it was our honeymoon, she gave us a room in the older section of the hotel. The room smelled old and moldy. The property itself is rundown. Not worth the cost.

Great location and great service. The property itself is dated, needs repairs, fresh coat of paint. Rooms are clean but minimal (no room service, or any hotel information packets, basic tv channels, bed linens are minimal) Service was great, changed room for a view with no extra charge, people that worked on grounds were very helpful and friendly. They genuinely seemed to enjoy working at hotel and happy to assist. Location is fantastic and walkable to all sorts of shops, restaurants and even the beach. Parking was not included in the hotel price which was disappointing since they charged a extra 375 after 7 days
