I'd like to thank front desk manager Sally , and staff Veronica for their kindness, hospitality and consideration. They granted my late check out due to my medical emergency without charge. I can tell they consider customer satisfaction as the top priority. I also appreciate the security folks for their assistance to get me to the near hospital. The hotel is nicely designed and bedding is very clean and comfortable. Kids love to play at the pool and with the cats in the garden. We spent 5 days here.Totally worth it and highly recommended.

This is our second time at this hotel, and I'd say the overall experience was even better than first time. That said, there were some hiccups. Positives first: * Really nice upgrade to the previous gym. All gear is new and very good. You cant have an excuse not being able to train. * Very easy parking. * Safe and quiet area - it was lovely change for normally loud environment that you get in super touristy places. * They have improved their organization around towels and pool service overall. Good job. * Room was nice with good view (oceanfront). * Very friendly and helpful staff - from front desk to pool service and room service. Everyone were nice and cheerful. Few improvement areas: * During busy hours it was struggle to get hot water from the shower or sink. * Only 1 restaurant with very expensive prices. Unfortunately, this time around we felt that drinks quality has gone down. Food was OK but not as amazing as we had in the spring. That said, Christmas buffet was very good and forth the money. * Service in restaurant and pool bar was often slow - we waited once 1 hour from sitting to until we got our burgers (during lunch).

We have stayed at this property several times. Being a few miles from town gives the hotel a quiet island feel. Staff was all Hawaiian hospitality..A Con- Food….limited choices, morning foods such as bagels,muffins or fruit were not available on a consistent bases. The pool bar which served hamburgers,wings and salads closed early. No where to get a sandwich type food or bar snack after seven. We are not sit down to full dinner people every night so this was disappointing and forced us to leave the premises searching for food.

Fantastic property with amazing service
We had a fantastic three-night stay at this property, and we loved every moment! Our group consisted of two adults and five kids, and the accommodations were immaculate. Both of our oceanfront rooms featured spacious balconies where we enjoyed dinner and played games in the evenings. The property itself is large, offering plenty of space for the kids to explore after hours of fun in the pool and on the waterslide. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, and the poolside food was delicious. In the evenings, we relaxed and enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the calming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Enjoyable
We stayed one night and enjoyed the accommodations two days before our flight home but it was a nice stay for our two adult sons and younger daughter. The food options were a bit limited but we made due. The pool was great. Everyone loved the slide and sunsets were beautiful.
