Welcome to a Peaceful Place! Maui Kai 705 is our completely renovated 1-bed/1 bath condo offering breathtaking, unobstructed views from the moment you step through the front door. Just finished a floor to ceiling renovation and could not be happier with the amazing transformation. This 7th floor unit (elevator-accessible) is modern, light and bright; a wonderful retreat, romantic getaway, or honeymoon destination. The handpicked beautiful finishes, furniture, and décor were selected with great care and primarily with the guests’ vacation wants and needs in mind. Sleeps 1-4. This well-appointed unit includes: Direct ocean front views.. Large lanai with patio dining for 4 and comfortable round lounge bed. Central Air and ceiling fans in both bedroom and living room. All new luxury vinyl floors throughout. Completely remodeled, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Beautiful new bathroom with designer tile floor and tile shower. Brand new American Leather comfort sleeper sofa (known as the only sleeper sofa you can actually sleep on – no metal bars or springs!) Bedroom features a king-sized platform bed with new Beautyrest mattress. Complimentary in-home Wifi/Alexa in LR/Echo in bedroom. Cable/Smart 58-inch TV in LR and 32’ TV in bedroom. Tasteful, modern furniture with tropical flare. Board games, Maui guidebooks, boogie board, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, beach toys for guest use. Other amenities: Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, binoculars, and digital safe. Free wifi. The Maui Kai is a quiet resort located on the northern end of the world famous Ka’anapali beach, just a couple of miles north of the historic whaling village town of Lahaina. It also has direct access to the Ka'anapali beach walk trail, which leads to many shops and restaurants including the famous Dukes Restaurant, Whalers Village, and Black Rock Beach.

The condo had everything we needed and it was all nice and new. There’s great whale and dolphin watching from the deck - and binoculars were provided. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This property, while in an older building, has been recently updated. The only concern for us was the air conditioning wasn't very cold.

Condo is great inside! Fantastic view, great large lanai, nicely decorated, very comfortable. Location is great also. Very close to boardwalk beach walk. Condo is very quiet, never heard another guest. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
