Trip to SA - Southern Sun first time visit
The staff at the hotel was amazing. Very friendly and helpful and always available. They followed up and was just terrific. Cannot say enough good things about them. Breakfast was amazing and catered to everyone. Transport to and from airport every 15 minutes via shuttle with competent, friendly drivers. Safety is not an issue moving from the airport to the hotel. Just loved our stay here and will definitely use the hotel again for future trips.

Great place to stay for a night at OR Tambo airport. Great also we were able to have and early check in. Shame the start was spoilt by really slow rude and unfriendly reception

Just a short walk from the airport to the shuttle that took us to the hotel. It was evening, so dark. Several people offered to take us t o the shuttle stop but they were leading us down a somewhat iffy alleyway. We headed towards the Intercontinental Hotel and their staff showed us where the shuttle was. Attentive staff at Southern Sun. Had appetizer and drinks at the bar since we got in late. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of vegetarian options for me. Marvin,who was at the front desk was great. Overall an awesome stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
