Sopii kokeneelle Etelä-Afrikan kävijälle. Johannesburgin keskusta on vaarallinen, ja siellä tulee AINA käyttää taksia, ellei varmasti tunne aluetta. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli tarjosi ilmaisen kyydin kongressipaikalle ja takaisin, ja kuljetuspalvelusta voi tilata kohtuuhintaisen taksin minne vain, esim. lentokentälle. Hotelli avusti kaupunkikierrosten ja eläinpuistokäyntien löytymisessä. Ainoastaan Etelä-Afrikan talvella lämmitysjärjestelmä ei vastaa suomalaista tasoa missään, ei täälläkään.
