We gave up on staying at the Reina Hotel. They offered us 2 unsanitary rooms in the hotel and in another unsanitary building 3 other rooms, smelling of paint and located in the basement.

Black mold in the bathroom. This was not ever cleaned or resolved. It definitely needs a lot of cleaning. The area of the hotel is on a steel hill, walking up or down the hill with language is not safe. I would never stay there again

Staff ignored all request. No tv Smell too bad Door not secured to close Main building door extremely noisy when open and close No refrigerator 0 service not recommended even to any one not at all. Should be dropped from your list. Or check them thoroughly till they improve their conditions. Thanks

Nothing really!!!! It was just under a basic hotel that smelt weird and did not offer breakfast as it says on the website that it does and the location was pretty poor.

Points négatifs : J'ai dû changer de chambre deux fois (cuvette des WC cassée et clim ne fonctionnait pas). Les murs des chambres ont besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Douche assez petite ---> tendance à mettre de l'eau un peu partout dans la salle de bain. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée lors du séjour. Points positifs : bien situé (cemberlitas), proche des lieux à visiter et de l'arrêt de tramway T1. Le personnel à la réception arrangeant. Hôtel calme.
