My room wasn’t great neither it was in a good condition. Room stink sewage and air conditioner stopped working on the first day I checked in. I have booked queen bed deluxe room and I was given 2x single beds combined into one with 2x single quilt. It wasn’t comfortable sleeping at all. I wouldn’t go there again!

It is an old property with things not working properly. Can't recall how many time I had to change my room key as they were not working on elevators or room.

This property was truly one of the worst I’ve experienced in Istanbul even though I’ve been here several times. The staff were some of the rudest people I’ve come across and very in your face type. I went to the front desk staff to address my concerns about our room regarding the cigarette Oder the staff told me that they were sold out and couldn’t accommodate my request. I requested to speak to management and was told that the GM of the hotel was on a 10 day vacation and they did not have anyone else to have taken a leadership role. I will never visit this location ever again.

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews of this hotel, to me it was excellent all the way. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Only thing i was not happy about it was they made bone wear in the pool mandatory however you have to purchase it which is no big deal. They have a very nice hamam, sauna, steam room etc. Very close to Taxim Square, in fact next to it. I am glad i chose this hotel and I believe some of the bad reviews are not realistic.

The only thing that I didn't like about the property was that it is old. I don't mind a building that it is old, as it should be in the center of a historic city, but I expected the carpets to be clean and fairly new for the price and for a name called Elite! This hotel chain has other buildings which are truly nice, but not this one.

Very nice hotel in a central area, you have everything you need in a minute walk, Taksim square and all the Istiklal street 5 minutes walk, try the Turkish Hammam for sure.

I had an extra bed in my room with a big dirty spot on the mattress, which was disgusting. The air conditioner was noisy. This is not a 5 star hotel service
