We didn't realise this was a hotel which didn't sell alcohol and they didn't want you to bring your own food or drink in. Access to the pool was only via the lower gym area through turnstiles, even though there were doors out to the pool area from the main reception.

The checkin was a terrible Experience. While our passports were being copied and formalities being processed, the agent suddenly left our checking process aside and took care of two women who came to visit a guest in two rooms, they quickly received access cards without and ID or other requirements. I asked why our checking got stopped and other were suddenly prioritised the simple answer was that these were guests of a guest. Afterwards the concierge requested extra payment from me

Anahtarımı hotelde unuttuğum için aradım geç saatte aradığım için yardımcı olmayacaklarını söylediler. Anahtar unuttuğumu ve orada olup olmadığı bilgisinin çok önemli olduğunu söyledim ve yardımcı olunmasını istedim bunun ardından kötü bir ton ile aynı cümle tekrar edildi ve yüzüme telefon kapatıldı. Unutmak benim hatam olabilir ancak bu kötü davranışa gerek yoktu.

A big hotel with only one seating area. Breakfast was great with lots of options, hot and cold. To get to the pool you have to go downstairs and through the spa and gym area then show your room number to be let through the barriers. Then up 2 flights of stairs to get to the pool. Manager on site dealt with any issues within minutes.
