Welcome to The Coastal Cottage, a renovated three bedroom beach home situated alongside a peaceful lagoon within the Pelican Bay Community of Wild Dunes Resort! This bright & airy beach retreat is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from the Pelican Bay community pool. There are several gathering areas within the cottage -- you and your guests can relax & unwind in the living room, dining room, screened porch overlooking the lagoon or the open deck accessible from the master suite. Come, getaway from it all and experience this wonderful cottage for yourself!

Guests enter The Coastal Cottage by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door. Upon entering the cottage, you will find the living room, staircase to the upper floor, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom suite. You can access the private screened porch with outdoor dining table through the French doors in the dining room. The screened porch also connects to the back deck. Walk up the interior staircase to access the two guest bedroom suites on the second floor and the full sized washing machine & dryer.

The Coastal Cottage is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home during your stay.

lovely home in a cute little cul-de-sac close to everything. Perfect for our family of 5. Walkable to the wild dunes inns with the shops and coffee. would definitely stay here again, we just love IOP and hope to be back soon

Perfect!

This home was the perfect choice for myself and two best friends to stay for our annual girl trip! Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen has everything you need. And the beach access was a short walk away. It was perfect!

Isle of Palms Peaceful, Pleasant Sanctuary

My husband and I were visiting our daughter in Charleston. The three of us decided to stay in Isle of Palms. Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Cottage. No stone was left unturned in this beautiful, clean, quiet home, and it had everything we could possibly need or want. The view of the pond with all of its incredible birds and wildlife delighted us all. The walk to the beach was only 2 minutes. Quite frankly, we didn't want to leave.

We found the house very clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood in a very well kept complex. We visited in February which made for uncrowded beaches and restaurants. We would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful time. The pool and beach were very close, within walking distance. They had beach wagon , toys for the kids to use at the beach and chairs to sit in ,at the beach. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed.

Dual Family Get Away

We loved our stay at your property. This newly renovated home was very clean, updated and well maintained. I enjoyed all the benefits of the cool air conditioning on the hot days/evenings. The home was spacious and accommodated 2 families and our college aged sons and 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus. The home was a short walk to the beach and was well equipped with beach chairs/umbrella and a beach wagon. We cooked breakfast together every morning and enjoyed eating together at the large dining table inside and at the large dining table on the screened in porch. We enjoyed the salty evening breeze while sitting outside on the back deck and on the front porch swing. The kitchen was well appointed with all necessities (except for a pizza slicer). Your welcome gift was much appreciated! We had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this home.

Great long weekend in Wild Dunes

Six of us just spend a long weekend in Pelican Bay and had a great time. The house was very comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. The walk to the beach is fast and easy and we lucked out with some beautiful weather. We were in town for 2 concerts on Friday & Saturday nights and our location meant quick access to Daniel Island. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning next year!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Instructions for reservations and initial access were clear with frequent confirmations. The previous guests had taken the fob that allows access to the pool, but it was quickly remedied the very next day. We had a wonderful time. Beach access is excellent. Quiet and peaceful.

Great Rental!

Three friends of 46 year stayed for a wonderful long weekend. The house is perfect! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Pool is steps away and beach a very quick walk. There was a beach buggy for the chairs, towels, bags which was an unexpected plus. Can’t go wrong with this rental. Check in and check out process was seamless.

Girl's Trip

Delightful. Everything was super easy...from reserving the property, to checking in, and departing. Logistically it was a breeze. From the start, the communication was excellent and we didn't have one bit of trouble. The location was quiet and relaxing on a cul-de-sac. The pool was around the corner and much closer and more private than expected. The description states that the beach is a 5 minute walk...took less than that. It was about a 10+ minute drive to all the fantastic restaurants and shops. We had bikes delivered and enjoyed the miles of bike trails. Because we were in Wild Dunes the traffic was very minimal. It was spring break so we expected much bigger crowds but never felt overwhelmed. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in both the morning and evenings. The lagoon made for a peaceful setting--even with the visiting passive alligator. We also hung out on the cozy front porch (with swing) which was an added bonus. The bedrooms were spacious and having three full baths made it comfortable for four women. That many bathrooms would be essential with a larger group. The kitchen was a bit on the small side but very efficient and well equipped. Having two dining areas--inside and on the screened in porch--easily made up for the smaller kitchen. Good use of space. We would easily rent this property again!

Wonderful house!

Beautiful home on Isle of Palms. 3 minute walk from the beach. The property is on Wild Dunes resort which adds to a sense of privacy and security. Te beach never felt crowded or overwhelming. The house is perfect for a family to spend a beach weekend.
