Perfect Stay just outside the city center
Keno welcomed us warmly and was helpful in so many ways, even helping us book Thai massage. EV charging was also possible with surcharge of 14.40 for 20KW. Transportation card provided free for easy travels. Nearby park and shops nearby. Train station is walking distance too. Prefect place with dedicated staff. Housekeeping was top notch too.

Stayed here for 3 nights and got the welcome card included, which we forgot about. That was really beneficial as it saved us money on the travel that we took. The room itself was really convenient, had everything we needed. The views were lovely, bed was comfy (although i did hit my head a couple of times on the sloping ceiling). The only downside we had was that it was a 10ish minute walk into the town, but it was more affordable to be futher out.

Staff are really welcoming, the finishing in the apartments is perfect. Great mountain views from every corner. There are bus stops just a few minutes walk from the hotel, as well as supermarkets and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel. Well worth it!

Staff were amazing. Free bikes to borrow to explore. Free Travel pass on all buses if you stay for more than 3 days. Very clean, very comfy beds - pillows were gigantic though.

We liked everything! Nice design of the room, all new, very clean, nice staff,quiet, view from the room, housekeeper clean the room everyday. We apprecied we found in tha room a bottle of water and we received coffee every day. Thank you very much! We recomand it and we ll book again if we ll visit Innsbruck again.

A wonderful place to stay in Innsbruck
This little hotel is a beautiful short walk through parklands from the train station. Our room was perfect with everything you need like a kettle, coffee machine and tea, some cooking facilities and even a small dishwasher. Wonderful views of mountains from our windows. Also we loved the friendliness of our receptionist and her helpfulness. We absolutely loved our stay in Innsbruck!

Absolutely loved our stay at Pradl!! Very easy and smooth self check in (we arrived late), the apartment was incredibly clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Fabulous with garden room
Loved everything about this place, from communication to comfy bed. We had a small patio which was money well spent. Great having kitchen but no oven or microwave. Nice quiet location, but still not far from the old town. Shopping mall close too. Highly recommend!

We never saw staff working. Innsbruck is not a good city to vacation in but this hotel was at least comfortable

Perfect stay in Innsbruck
Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful guy on reception, room extremely well designed with everything you needed and very comfortable. Quiet and pleasant area only 15 minute walk into the city. Don’t worry about the lack of air conditioning- the cool floor system works well and there was a fan too. We had a garden room with a lovely, cute patio to sit in. Highly recommended
