The most unfriendliest dirtiest place I have ever been parking lot disgusting non-smoking hotel rooms but no place to smoke outside prostitutes approaching husband fell hurt myself nobody to help so it was not their problem

This place is what a hotel should be. Sed at guest services is awesome and empathetic. Hotel is clean, quiet and offers complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex and coffee. This is what you expect at any hotel but so not the case in Indy. Baymont is exceptional in service. Book with them and ask for Sed

The staff was friendly. The room was not real clean. Sheets on one of the beds appeared to had two large areas that first looked like stains but could tell they were from an iron. The room was in much need of updating. Only one light bulb in a four bulb fixture in the bathroom. Passed on the breakfast as it wasn’t real appealing. Overall the hotel appeared dingy.

Weekend trip from hell.
I fully understand that you get what you pay for. I also know for a weekend trip I don't require too many amenities. The big 3 for me are cleanliness, security/ safety and good overall business practices. That being said allow me to tell you about this place. The cleanliness of the room was on point for the most part. The business practices of this establishment are terrible. I paid for the room in advance with receipts reflecting that. Then I was charged again at check in. When I questioned why my card was charged again for a room I paid for in advance they plainly told me they knew they had charged my card needlessly and I firmly believe if I had not inquired about the over payment it would never have been refunded. I call this poor business practices at the very least. We stayed 2 nights and on the second night we were woke up at 3am by someone beating on our door looking for what I can only guess was another guest. I couldn't go back to sleep out of fear of who was wandering the halls at that hour. Whatever happened to the days when hotels were for travel and not residential living. The parking lot was filled with broke down cars filled with someone's belongings. Kids running up and down the halls yelling. Like I said you get what you pay for but I will never stay at another Baymont Hotel again. These used to be nice places to stay but if this is the standard of quality you get it's certainly not worth a dime.

Old hotel, we had gnats flying around our room, the hotel had a smell. We were called home for an emergency and had to check out early they wouldn’t even offer a refund for the second night and we notified them of our departure at 9 am. Things ended up ok at home so we had to pay for another hotel.
