As someone who traveled from California for post-operative care following a mommy makeover, I expected a high standard of service and accommodation, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short.During my stay, I encountered several serious issues. I was horrified to wake up in the middle of the night to find two roaches in my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of your facilities. The key card for my room frequently malfunctioned, preventing my caretaker from accessing the room. This forced me to get out of bed multiple times, which is a significant liability considering my post-operative condition. The toilet in my room was not working properly. When we notified the front desk, my caretaker was given a plunger to attempt to fix it himself. This lack of professional assistance is deeply troubling and I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. Despite being aware that I would be staying with a caretaker, the room was only provided with two face towels and two body towels. When I requested additional towels, I was told I could only receive more if I exchanged the ones I had. This is highly inconvenient, especially given my medical needs. On Friday night, my caretaker requested to trade towels and was rudely told by the front desk staff to return at 7 am. When he asked for clarification on the time range, he was met with an attitude. These issues cause a high risk to my health and recovery.
