The Space:
Garage parking with paid parking as an option which is $75 per stay. The paid parking includes a parking spot on the same level as the unit.

There is also a mandatory gate fob deposit that is required for your stay. It is $75 and full refundable. Please treat this as an incidental.

Please remember that this is a non smoking property. That includes in doors or outdoors. If you are a smoker, please do not book with us as there is a zero tolerance policy and deep cleaning charges start at $200 USD.

Not an Exquisite Escape!
Aside from the obvious- paper thin walls and extremely uncomfortable beds - I was most annoyed that the address confirmed in the reservation was not the actual address of the property. Location was the deciding factor when we booked and it was disappointing when we got a different address with our check-in instructions. Not a pleasant situation.

Very cute in perfect location.
If you need a place in Houstin this is the place to stay. We were there for the Junior Olympics . Our granddaughter competed. The place was exactly as shown. Nicole was available for any questions or needs. The pool area was beautiful. I would definately stay again if I'm back in Houston.

It was Great!
We had an amazing stay! Nicole had amazing communication. We where into for Juneteenth and it was very close and convenient. The pool was excellent as well. I would definitely stay again!!

Pleasant place, noisy neighbors
This stay caught us in the middle of the Artic freeze. Owner was always available but constant noise from the tenants upstairs was unacceptable. Due to my husband placed on hospice, and need for a quiet, peaceful surrounding, we had to move out 2wks early before check out date. Due to the circumstances, and compassion, I asked for some, any type of refund. Nothing was afforded any no more communications. I just left it in God's hands and he'll return any blessing s due. My experiences with all VRBOs is they I won't use then again, only Sonder.
