For this amount of money I expected a much better experience. The facilities were substandard, TV selection was limited to one channel and the key card to my room failed on two occasions.

The property is conveniently located by the airport and offers shuttle but it is an industrial area with not much to do and the beach was not comparable to beaches in Waikiki.

Super convenient, close to the airport and there is a free shuttle. A swimming pool and cozy inside yard. A convenient store next to the reception. Nobody was bothering me. Highly recommend it.

Despite the ongoing renovations, the room was very adequate. I turned the AC to auto and turned on the ceiling fan. Reduced the loudness of the AC considerably. I would stay again.

This was a great spot to crash for the night. The shuttle was so convenient. There was not a lot to do in the neighborhood but okay if you’re just there to rest. The property was quaint and room was perfect for a single or couple. I went to the nearby beach park which was pretty! The staff were kind and helpful. Would book again

I've stayed here before and will again! Is it near everything? No. Is it the Hawaiian Village that everyone sees in the Waikiki photo's? No. What it is is a reasonably priced hotel that you can park your rental car at without paying $50 (or more) a day to park it, so you can go see ALL of Oahu and not be trapped in Waikiki. The staff it AWESOME! The local restaurant on site has great food at a reasonable price with generous portions! The room has everything you need to relax after a day of exploring Oahu, comfy bed, a fridge for leftovers, a microwave to warm them up or make breakfast in the morning. Is it the greatest hotel on island? No, but its EXACTLY what you need to have a great trip to Hawai'i! Cause if your whole trip is about staying in the most posh hotel available, you don't need to go to Hawai'i for that...

OK for price and comfy bed
We just needed a hotel for shower and sleep as arrived in the evening and left early morning. The hotel is an older facility which was ok and although met our needs with a comfortable bed, the bathroom was very out dated and not very clean. Believe the baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Only other issue, after curling my hair to look nice for long flights home, in airport shuttle van, the driver had both windows completely open at 6 in the morning. I asked him politely if he could please close the windows as it was blowing my hair. He put them half way up which didn’t help much. I again asked him if he could please roll them all the way up. He said if I was hot he could turn the a/c on. I explained it was just windy and blowing my hair. He put them up leaving them still open about 3 inches. At this point it was just “ suck it up Buttercup”.

Nice place
Only stayed for one night to fly out the following morning. Staff was friendly, restaurant and bar served a purpose, so i didnt have to leave. Shuttle to the aiport was very much appreciated.

It’s in an industrial area. Lots of construction noise even on a weekend and at night. It’s almost 9 pm and I’m hearing loud back up horns on heavy equipment. Didn’t feel safe to be alone. The TV doesn’t work. Called front desk at 7:30 pm; she stated maintenance would be here at 8:00 pm, and re-called at 8:30 and said she’d get ahold of them now.
