*We do not have specific dates of when this unit will be directly affected, but it will be sometime after February 2025.. During this time, access to your lanai will be restricted while work is being performed above your unit.

You can even enjoy home-cooked meals with the in-room kitchenette which includes a plug-in Single-Burner Cooktop, Mini-fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker.

Enjoy the amenities of Palms Waikiki with Shared Pool, Sundeck, and BBQ Area. Along with on-site Fitness Center and Coin-Operated Laundry and located in the Lobby is an IHOP Restaurant.

The unit is located in the Palms at Waikiki, a well-managed Boutique Condotel in Waikiki. Ideally located just across the street from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, lagoon and ocean! Just a couple of blocks from Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island, with numerous beach and ocean activities and great dining options in the area. Nice place, convenient location in Waikiki with parking.
The place is across from Hilton Hawaiian village and was nice having parking that we didn’t have to pay extra for. It had everything we needed away from home. The toilet leaked in the middle of our trip and I notified the property manager and they were very responsive and a plumber was there to fix the problem. The place is on the edge of Waikiki, so I did not need to drive through Waikiki traffic of cars and people. There are some nice views from the room too.

After seeing resorts charging $50-70/day for parking, this properties Included designated parking spot in the covered parking garage is what sold me on this condo unit, and it did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, great peekaboo views of the ocean, and very convenient location if you don’t mind walking a few blocks to the beach and a vast number of dining options.

Waikiki Vacation Rental
Loved the location of the hotel, next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Although it's a vacation rental, it has the hotel feel as it is in one. The parking is included which is a huge plus and there's a supermarket (with coffee shop and deli) on the corner a few feet away from the hotel. The room could use some upgrades (wall paint, bathroom fan, the kitchen area could be upgraded to look more like a kitchen), but otherwise we loved our stay. It has a balcony with partial ocean view. I will definitely book with them again.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was small but adequate for my husband and me, and our 20 yr old grandson. Be prepared for city noise, as very busy street. This didn’t bother us. Everything was stocked as advertised. Property manager was very responsive. Handy to have iHop in lobby. Parking is definitely a plus! Everyone extremely friendly. Walkable distance to everything. If you’re looking for a place to land that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, this is the place. Thanks for a great stay!

It is good location with parking, bed is good. But every time we came back the room is smelly, we have to keep the patio door open to prevent this. Maybe it is because of the carpet? Otherwise, it is a good choice

The safe and microwave did not work. Sent email 2x and call 2x and left message and no response. I know sometimes items stop working and maybe can’t get fix during your stay but for the property manager to ignore your email and phone call is not acceptable.

Wonderful location
We loved the location and the reserved parking spot. It made it nice coming home to knowing we didn’t have to search for parking. It also had a beautiful view and was so close to the beach and walking distance to so many things.

Issue with air conditioning
Air conditioner did not turn on few times during our stay and room temperature climbed up same as outside. I had to call front desk multiple times for this issue. As advised by front desk, opening and closing balcony door didn’t solve issue many times. This place comes with dedicated parking spot that is plus point. Some other vehicle had parked in our spot once during stay and I had to call front desk to assign alternate parking for us.
