Don’t go to this hotel if you are allergic to animals. This was the worst stay ever. Home2 doesn’t deserve to be under the Hilton brand, at least that one in North Conway. We got there, the room wasn’t ready so we went back an hour later. We asked to put us in a room where there was no animals in the few days before, she smiled ignorantly stating she can’t accomodate us, she couldn’t say which rooms had pets in them, they don’t keep track, the hotel was full, and they couldn’t move us to another room if I had allergies. We asked if they had vegan options for breakfast, she didn’t know. We got in the room, the bed wasn’t made, but it was not too bad, smelled clean, air quality felt good. We went out for dinner and 2h after we got back I started to sneeze…then saw long dog hair floating in the air…oh oh! I went through the tissue box in no time, had to go downstair to get another one. We shutdown the a/c unit and opened the windows, they stayed opened the entire stay. The walls are really thin, we could hear the people next door. The breakfast had nothing vegan so we went somewhere else and brought back some grocery for the other mornings. The lady who checked us out didn’t even asked how we liked our stay. Let me tell you, at $411CAD/night, we got screwed big time! They would pay me $400 to go back to that hotel and I wouldn’t! NEVER AGAIN!

Our stay was wonderful from check in to check out. The room was great! It was roomy, very clean and had everything one needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was our first time at a Hilton Hotel, but it won’t be our last!!

We stayed in a studio suite- the room was huge, everything was very clean, comfortable, and pretty new. Breakfast was great, and there is an EV charger, but It’s a short walk to the Tesla Supercharger. Lots of food options nearby, even walkable.

Had a great stay! Very friendly staff! Rooms were very large, very comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the full kitchenette available in our rooms. The only thing that I have to say negative is that the people next door were loud enough for us to hear them through the walls. Luckily it wasn’t all night!
